I saw a post with a rash similar to this one. Same spot. Was hoping the individual found out what it was and if they discovered if it was lupus. I cannot get rid of this and also have a rash on my stomach and back of my leg.

Rashes are a challenge, usually with lupus rashes they correlate with other symptoms & uv exposure or spreading rash, which I had triggered 1st by uv light & reached my back etc.
Take pictures to document stages, increases etc. useful when trying to describe, etc. Here are a few links from my nhs dermatology site:
