Lymphodema in Palm of hand

Hi All

I have LE in left arm, very mild but since last Oct I had a flare up and it went into my hand, and it actually went into the palm of my hand. I got bandaging to remove it as much as possible, but there is some fluid at the bottom of my fingers ( the fat pads under my fingers) and a little below that also.

I find all gloves hurt me and maybe doing more harm than good as means the fluid cannot get out of palm, does anyone have experience with lymph in palm of hand and how to improve?
