I have been diagnosed with anxiety for a while now, i am on citalopram and have been for 3 years, i used to have severe panic disorder and GAD, nothing caused my spikes and i had severe dizziness, once i started taking my medication it all went for me, but as of recently, i’m in a relationship, i have no issues in my relationship, i am so happy, but i can’t help but feel my anxiety on whenever i’m with him or speaking about him, and it makes me feel horrible, and if we are cuddling in bed, i feel like i have to get away and i get all panicked, i really don’t understand what’s happening and i’m scared it’s going to ruin my relationship, please someone help?
