Do any of you suffer from anxiety?
Iv been suffer with the same bumps in my left arm for many years, well before Covid.
In that time, Iv noted a pattern. The bumps usually occurs after or sometimes before Iv had an anxiety / panic attack. They usually come and go within the span of 10 minutes or less.
What sort of symptoms do you have?
Left sided sensory symptoms - hoping to feel less alone! Very depressed!
How are you coping with these surreal times? Positive thoughts
