Does any ladies get this issue?

Hi I get really sore breasts they throb with pain and in middle of my chest it's like tissue pain it's awful ?

Oh yes, very familiar indeed. Firm support is the only thing that has helped, firm doesnt mean tight, by the way. A proper fit but no underwire and nice broad straps. A good fitting sports bra might do it.

Re under wired you have to find wired thats right for your shape as brands vary even styles vary on wire/cup shape/depth!

They also vary in sizing so 32 in one 34 in another as size/letters are only a guide

One really good one is PrimaDonna Deauville deep cups wide straps with high quality elastics and ho so comfortable to wear all day. But not cheap! but do last a very long time esp if hand washed.

I wear in 44H cup there so comfy had to check sometimes as thought must have taken off as didn't feel it!

They also do the Madison which isn't quite a deep but many really get on well with it.

Trouble is cheap/low quality bras stretch out easily so lack the support around bra so soon very uncomfortable to wear.

So it isn't the wires it's the poor fit

Learn't a lot since needed to wear as had/have a Prolactinoma then got put on T HRT which was like a red rag to a bull got lots of growth and still am but both M&F have our issues!

Personal experience is all I have to offer here, my breast size changes, some swelling with pain and then reduction back to normal. I have chosen to avoid anything that can potentially dig in anywhere. But, I do stand corrected.

Reddit abrathatfits is great for info on widths etc they have a calculator to put measurements in which gives you a shape/style you project then many will recommend bras to fit.

Thanks darling do u get chest pain a lot and rib pain and fast heart sorry to sound like a looney but I'm still waiting for diagnosis 3 docs said its pointing to fibro but I don't no much about it ?xx

Yes, I experience this too. It's awful and I haven't found anything that helps with these episodes, although they are less frequent now I'm on HRT. I have a very small bust, so it's not breast size/bra support with me.

Hi thanks it's gone today now it's all chest and upper back pain blurred vision it's just awful I've had enough the pain just moves round all day every day x

I’m suffering at the moment, unfortunately I’m large breasted, so that doesn’t help. Unfortunately I’ve also got a lump/cyst in one as well. Seeing breast clinic next Wednesday 🤞🏻🤞🏻 it’s a cyst. The pain is awful, especially when I take my bra off & through the night 😢😢

Bless you I feel for u mine are large to 32g I can't wear a bra at the momment I always have sharp chest pains and pain in all my ligaments I'm so tired of this pain still waiting for diagnosis it's been a year. I was getting panic attacks insomnia widespread chronic pain I never even heard of fobromyalgia until 3 doctors told me its that I'm scared as I'm only 32 u think what if there missing something serious ???was u scared before u got diagnosed I think the worrying is the worst part my insomnia os through the roof and my breadth fill like poison balls are in side them burning bulls of fire is the only way I can describe xxxx
