I had a negative urine test yesterday day 13 after embryo transfer. I have been told to stop all medications that I was on (progynova, lubion and cyclogest). I am in such a low mood, been crying all day and getting this dull ache in my lower belly. Is this normal?
This is my third transfer from 2 cycle, first cycle I only had one embryo and it was not successful, the second cycle was better and I had 10 eggs collected with 5 embryos.
I did not get any symptoms after stopping medications the last 2 times and my period normally start the same or next day after stopping the medication.

Hi - sorry you have tested negative. It is a difficult road. Have you been tested for NK cells? It might be worth looking into that. I was put on steroids for my NK cells and baby aspirin to promote blood flow.
Bleeding normally starts 2-3 days after stopping progesterone, the dull ache could be suggesting that you will bleed soon. Look and plan forward for the next transfer. As it's a negative, you should be able to go again next cycle without having to wait. All the best!
I'm so sorry you're going through this. It's normal to feel a range of emotions and experience physical symptoms after stopping your medications. Please be kind to yourself and allow yourself to grieve and process this. xx
