Reflexology and positive outcomes

Hi all,

I'm just wondering if people have any success stories from having regular reflexology?

I know there's lots of information out there linking acupuncture to higher success rates but there's not much regarding reflexology!

I always had reflexology during ivf rounds because I found it a lot more relaxing than acupuncture.

I don’t know that it helped or not (I did end up having a baby eventually) but I do think anything you can do to take some time out and relax during ivf is a good thing and can only have positive impacts on your body… so I think it’s well worth it. Good luck xx

Hi. I had both reflexology and accupuncture on my FET. I found the reflexology very relaxing but can't be sure if that is what helped. I am now 11 weeks pregnant. I would definetly say its worth a try and if it relaxes you in away way through such a stressful process, it can't do any harm. The consultant actually suggested it to me after my last miscarriage so I thought I would give it a try. Wish you all the best on your journey and pray you get a positive outcome. 🙂

Hi! I had fertility reflexology in the run up to my successful FET. I don't know whether it helped with the transfer directly, but as others have commented, it really helped me relax. Very best of luck!

I started fertility reflexology before my 6th transfer and was successful on transfer 7. My reflexologist explained the benefits of it to me which really made sense. Coupled with the fact it was really relaxing.
