Moderate pelvis pain; 17 days post failed embryo transfer; should I be worried?

My period started on OTD (8 days ago), but for the last 4 days I have had moderate pelvis pain; cramping and trapped gas. Ive tried to take ibuprofen, paracetamol, use heat packs and drink chamomile tea but the pain still persists. Seems to come in waves and I think has peaked but still ongoing today.

Is this normal after a failed transfer, should I be worried that I am still in (just about bearable) pain?

I don't know, just wanted to wish you all the best and I hope it's nothing serious.

(I get painful ovulation that sounds like the pain you're describing)
