Weird period and TTC

Hi,

I have stage IV bowel endo with regular period. Normal flow, usually 3 days. My pain is always in my butt and right leg I have endo on my ligaments which creates this horrible sciatic pain, making me limp for 2 days while on painkillers.

We are trying to get pregnant since January and this cycle real felt different i had mild cramps and pulling sensation from a week after ovulation until now. My period was due yesterday and usually what happen is, my butt start to hurt first with extremely painful bowel movements. On Monday i had 3 drops of blood Tuesday a bit of spotting but still no pain in my butt.

Wednesday i decided to do a pregnancy test. It was negative and shortly after my butt started to hurt a little less than usual and i passed a big brown clot which never happened to me before. I had a bit of blood after but not enough to make you feel like you should change your pad then nothing overnight. Thursday woke up with stabbing pain and soreness in my left ovaries, spotting and my butt hurting a bit so I just thought ok that’s my period but i was so nauseous and lightheaded and my back was hurting so bad that i had to leave work.

I went to see my GP the same day and yesterday she checked for infection did a pregnancy test on Thursday (negative) and did a pelvic check yesterday and couldn’t feel any cyst or anything and said the little bown blood she had on her gloves look like end of period.

Can my period just be on big blob of brown blood and spotting for not even 2 days?

I am still nauseous and lightheaded with cramps in my ovaries but not my butt.

I feel crazy tbh because part of me is like am i pregnant and it was false negatives or is it my endo playing with me.

I don’t really know what to do
