Anyone have information on dosage?

They used 1200 mg/day to good effect in one study. For glaucoma they used half of that.

I used 600mg x day for a month, but I didn't feel good and I stopped, now I use it occasionally.

I’ve been taking it for years. Citicholine has a very long 1/2 life. I take 250-300 mg with interludes quite occasionally. It appears to me that it compliments c/l very well. All of us are different and take different drugs at different dosages. So do your homework prior taking. My recommendation.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Have you ever tried higher dose

yes , tried Up too 1,000 mg. . I felt no benefit OF larger doses of CDP CHOLINE . Again, I highly recommend doing research as the 1/2 life is over 2 days! so it continues to stack daily

I’m 75, 6 years in weigh 175 lbs. I’m tremor dominant and doing ok, everything considered.
