I haven’t used ozone but my brother is a doctor who specialises in 10 pass ozone IV therapy. It boosts the immune system. Thinks it could work but he hasn’t yet used it on CLL. He’s in LA and I am in London so haven’t tried it. I am very low blood numbers W&W do sm using diet.

I dont know much about ozone therapy other than the FDA is not much of a fan:

"Ozone therapy is an alternative medical treatment that increases the amount of oxygen in the body through the introduction of ozone. It has been shown to be toxic when inhaled, however there is some evidence for its effectiveness in specific medical applications. In April 2016, the FDA prohibited all medical uses of ozone, "In any medical condition for which there is no proof of safety and effectiveness", stating "Ozone is a toxic gas with no known useful medical application in specific, adjunctive, or preventive therapy".

I would ask your brother to point you to some peer reviewed literature. I think there are a couple papers that supports its use, but that overall it is seen as an unproven and potentially dangerous therapy.

I think oxygen hyperbaric chambers to help with wound care are more widely accepted, as opposed to injecting ozone.

There is a discussion, including reports from sources presumed credible, about the potential HARM that ozone infusions can do to a body at healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo.... See also healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...

Satchitanada, you've posted about this topic previously, the only topic about which you have posts, and the advice remains ... this is not a proven treatment for anything and certainly there's no evidence that it can help in CLL.

Yes, there are devotees who vociferously will claim support for the practice 'because it worked for them.' But in CLL treatment, 'standard of care' requires that a procedure have a broader evidence claim than simple anecdotes.
