Hi, Lannsoprazole gave me terrible diarrhoea which cleared up soon after I stopped taking it. I now take famotidine instead. I've also had horrible leg pains and several discussions with the clinical pharmacist at my GP practice and the general consensus is statins are the culprit. I started on 80mg and cutting a long story short I'm now trying 20mg of atorvastatin for 1 month and only if I can tolerate that to move to 40mg. If this doesn't work we'll have to try something else. I can't take bisoprolol (or beta blockers in general) as, even at low doses, they slow my heart rate to much. Recently been diagnosed with Vit D deficiency, which can also cause fatigue and muscle pain, and been told to take a supplement. Strongly recommend talking it over with your cardiologist or GP.Good luck
The cramps and pains could possibly be the statins even though I could not cope when I was on 80mg but they cut mine down to 40 mg and I am a lot better but you are already on 40mg and they possibly won't want you on less but there are others you can try which at your review you will be able to talk about all this
The headaches to be honest every med you take might say they can give you headaches I am on Bisoprolol like you 1.25 mg which is quite a small dose but still do not feel great on them but I am glad I do not have to tolerate a higher dose as I really do not feel I could but it is a good medication for the heart
Sorry I cannot help more and hopefully others will read your post and be able to but I think hang in there till Wednesday and fingers crossed they can tweak your meds and this symptoms will go away you are getting
Not sure on other meds but I had to give up ramipril due to horrendous cough causing incontinence and sleep disturbance I now take candestartan and have been so much better
when I started Ramipril it gave me diarrhoea but I continued using it as I was feeling much better than the one I was given after my HA. diarrhoea eventually cleared up.
