I was told i had a right bundle branch block last year as part of a general health check up. I've seen a cardiologist who said it's nothing to worry about.
In the meantime I've been suffering a bit with headaches, breathlessness, fatigue and generally being unwell. Im in otherwise pretty good health and i can only think the two are related. I've had blood tests etc and the GP can't find anything wrong with me. I also have quite a low resting HR, generally in the 50s but has come down into the late 40s at times.
Has anyone experienced similar with a rbbb?

I would suggest speaking to your GP regarding your symptoms. I was born with a different type of heart block and now have a pacemaker. If you speak to your GP they should be able to advise you whether they think your symptoms are cardiac related or they can investigate further to see if there is any other cause.
I have rbbb but there are no symptoms attached and I have also been told that it is nothing to worry about. I was also told to let anyone know when carrying out an ecg so that they know that it is a known condition.
4 years ago I was also breathless but it was nothing to do with rbbb. It was blocked arteries and resulted in 6 stents. I agree that you need to speak to your GP.
I have partial RBBB but it’s thought benign & not giving any symptoms. However, it turned out I also had a birth defect in my heart, which was spotted shortly after this. That did create a few issues, lol!
So may be worth getting your newer symptoms checked. As well as your GP, you could phone the BHF nurses to see if worth further cardio check out?
The breathlessness could be a key symptom. For me, that turned out to be pericarditis. Yours could be any number of things, but I’d suggest getting checked. All the best
I have a Mobitz type 2 AV block, and experienced all the symptoms you have described as well as syncope (fainting) and pre-syncope (feeling like fainting without losing consciousness). RBBB is not usually a severe problem, but can be a symptom of an underlying condition., and can cause syncope (which you don't want to happen when you are driving). A full check up would be a good idea.
I was diagnosed with a RBBB in 2018. I had been suffering from a lack of energy, palpitations, extreme fatigue and a general feeling of being unwell. I went through all the tests i.e. ECG, Echo, X-ray, Stress and bloods and they all came back in the normal range. The doctor suggested the symptoms were viral related. However, over time I did seem to recover my health sufficiently to ease myself back into training again but I'm not at the same level I was. It could be psychological. My current average resting HR is 43 and my historical average over the past 44 yrs of record keeping is 44 (yes sad that I keep records). So to feel shattered all the time is depressing. My wife says it's hayfever as I only complain about the symptoms in summer (I do take antihistamines)!
I had a follow-up ECG and Echo last week so will be interested in the results.
Hi Dave...I'm new to all of this so I truly can't speak specifically to the RBB yet, other than I am fatigued, which I'm not certain if it's that or my life in general, but I am a firm believer in that we know our bodies better than anyone!!! If you feel as though something is definitely off you should seek answers! Sometimes it takes several tries to get to the bottom of what's going on, but again, we know our body better than anyone!!! I wish I could have helped more, but I'll keep you in my thoughts.
