clairey2 welcome to the site. I have found this site is a friendly place and you are part of the club if you have high cholesterol . I also have a high LDL score and have gone for several meetings with Dr and had a stent inserted as one major artery blocked. With regard to High Cholesterol I think its worth checking out people like Dr Malcom Kendricks blog and his book on the Great Cholesterol con. There are also several other well authored books and articles. A lot of this club is education and support. I assume you have your BP checked with the breathlessness ? Diet modification and exercise are great ways to improve health and of course you also get a social benefit from exercise or joining clubs. Hi there Clairey2

Lucky you living in Eastbourne..we usually stay at the view hotel where we can hear and watch the fireworks display after the1812 overture has been performed at the bandstand.

Always enjoy our visit to Eastbourne.

We were booked to go again last year but my health took priority and I ended up with ambulance taking me to hospital and my having a bypass and Cardio Version.

This forum is great for support and advice..
