Ive had quite a few endoscopies and after a few days depending on your diet plenty of fruit and veg and water you should be passing stools. If you dont after a few days ask the doctor for senna, lactulose( a stool softner) and dioctyl laxative.

I found a combo of lactulose liquid and dioctyl tabletd worked great

Or try magrocol and lactulose.

If your a tea drinker ....try an extra couple of cuppas before you start your housework.

Hot tea and a little exercise can work wonders ..........Should find it will do the trick.

Hi artydoll. Did you have a endoscopy or colonoscopy ? If your bowels was regular before the procedure they should be regular by now. I would speak to your doctor if things don't improve. Best wishes xx

Wholemeal bread works well. I would see a doctor. I have had three endoscopies but didn't have constipation.
