so yesterday I got this weird headache! it started as a throbbing muscle headache after I used a deep tissue massager for my back/neck, which is common for me to get so I didn't worry about it
but it kept getting worse and worse and then finally I started to get pain in my forehead that felt like a migraine, but I didn't have an aura beforehand so I'm really confused x
it lasted about 3 hours and I got really nauseous throughout it but otherwise I had no other symptoms to indicate something serious. after a few hours it just subsided and I only felt the residual pain. I took some pain meds and went to bed and slept really well!! and today I feel okay just sore.
so I'm wondering if anyone else has had this?? I don't think it's serious but I am worried of course as I worry about everything xx

It is most likely not serious, but is it happens again talk to your doctor. If you use the massager I assume it means you have tense muscles. Maybe try stretching your back and neck instead of using the massager.
Yes, I think so. Toxins can be released from muscles that are either tense or not used enough. They can make you feel crummy. I would use the lighter massager and stretch as well.
It sounds like your headache is generated from the cervical neck areas....Poor posture...bad sleeping habit(too many pillows)long screen time...general tension.....heres a link to some neck stretches that will certainly relieve these...if they do then its probably tension....
