Anyone here get bad visual snow that last for a while? Mine seems to come and go with distraction but is definitely there especially when anxious

I get that too, especially when I am disctracted and when I have anxiety

Had to reply as I have never seen anyone else mention this.
My first experience of it was when my dd came home from school after a science lesson and said "Isn't it strange how you can see the molecules in the air!" She was about 9. Cue a long discussion about how things look lol.
She's now 16 and still mentions it from time to time but has mostly learnt to live with it. I think so long as you know it can't make you ill or cause any damage then perhaps that's the best thing.
