"Hello everyone, I am a new member of this group. I have been feeling depressed for almost a year now. I got divorced in August 2023 and soon after that, menopause hit me hard. Currently, I am working in a surgical office while also studying to become a social worker, as it helps me keep my mind occupied. Otherwise, I find myself crying all night and day. Menopausal depression is no joke and it's been really tough for me."

Hello and welcome.
I would talk to your doctor about this. I'm in the beginning phases of menopause and it is not fun.
