I posted a couple of days ago but my aniexty stress and insomnia are awful tonight my whole body hurts and I'm on edge and terrified of going to sleep I had a nightmare that woke me up during the day after working nights.
I don't feel safe right now but I don't know what I can do.

Hi Flamingo. U R very wise and brave to come on this. Please remember that I am here for U sending U love ❤️ and giving U a hug. Everyone here is supportive of U and wants U to feel better. I know what it feels like to have my body ache from anxiety. I suggest laying down in a comfortable position placing a cool wag Coty over your eyes and behind your neck. turn on music that U enjoy listening to and start slow deep breathing. It is understandable that U R terrified. Do U have a therapist that U can talk to and R U taking meds ? I’m here 4 U. u can personally message me. Hugs 🤗 S ❤️💪🙏🌈😃
I have been using tapping at night to help me fall asleep. It’s still too early to say if it’s successful however it does give me something else to focus on instead of myself.
