Hello I am new to this community. I have been dealing with depression and anxiety for my entire teen and adult life (46 yo female). I was on antidepressants from 2000-2013 and have been going it without since. My life is pretty stable and I keep the anxiety and depression when it creeps in pretty quiet. Life is hard when you go it alone this way. I hope to be able to offer some good solutions and tools that I have learned and used, and hopefully gain some support and insight from you all.
