I’m so sorry, 3 years constant, every day with no relief from either. My entire life off and on, can’t say what the remedy is but I can say I do know how you feel, and I’m sorry someone else suffers in the way I do

Hello Ramesh

First thing I would say is focus on one positive thing a day . For example feeding the cat . Your dead body and crying have you spoken to Gp about to see if there is anything that can help you ? The tiredness might be how your feeling and there may be things to help..

Do you have any help with these symptom's at present?

I understand how hard it is for you with depression and anxiety and the tiredness .

Would you be up to trying any holistic therapy something like Reiki or massage could help ?

stay positive things will get better . Is there one positive thing you could think of every day ?

Ramesh I think your situation is an emergency you need immediate help because you might end up killing yourself because of too much misery you feel. I recommend you see a doctor right away and you will surely need medication to give you relief

If not already talk to your GP. If this has been done are you on medications to help your Anxiety

Hi Ramesh,

You have gotten such excellent advice here!

See your doc before anything if you haven't. Occasionally anxiety is secondary and the underlying condition (ie hypothyroidism, anemia) can be easily treated. First step is always a doc visit for a basic workup!

Once you've seen a doc, therapy and possibly an antidepressant can really help people move in the right direction.

Check out the resources I have on my profile. Dr. Weekes in particular has helped so many people recover. All the other resources are supportive of her recovery approach! You may be interested in talking to Swami G from A Coach Called Life. He is not a therapist but is a certified life coach. He is US based but I know he has clients in India. He does skype visits. acoachcalledlife.com/ He's a fabulous guy who really knows his stuff :)

I"m sorry you are suffering with this! I have been there. I (an many now) have found that taking magnesium (magnesium malate is best) and ginseng helped a lot w both, they calm the mind body and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts the loop around in the mind. Also, getting outside, laying on the grass to get grounded and breathe in fresh air, looking at stars, these things help a lot too. Our environment help or hurt our mental health and physical health. Speak aloud positive truths to counteract the negative thoughts and things said to us. Also, Volunteering helps us get our of our own misery to help others, which helps us. Call those negatives a lie and correct them to yourself. Protect yourself from those who put that added stress on you and go out and do new challenging things, take classes, go t meetups. Learn new things, meet new people, it will get you out of the pit. Hope this helps you too!
