I did get a deep cleaning yesterday where they numbed my mouth and put antibiotics between my teeth because my gums were inflamed. That was yesterday but I noticed it once last night then it kind of came back today. I know anxiety can cause a bad mouth in taste. But is sweet also possible?

Have you asked the dental hygienist about this? It could be from the antibiotic.

I’m going to ask them today. I’ve heard from a few people who have dealt with this that have anxiety. But I should have been more descriptive because it is not really bothersome as would a metallic taste be. But I just want to make sure it’s nothing too out of the ordinary. There is nothing wrong when I eat either. I feel like maybe it’s a slight different taste because they cleaned the heck out of my gums/teeth. Plus they had to numb my mouth

I've had a sweet taste for 2 weeks now. No clue what it could be. Had a blood test done. I'm not diabetic. My doctor is clueless so here I am.
It’s probably the dental medicine . Nothing to do with anxiety
If anxiety caused a sweet taste, I would have been a diabetic a long time ago.
