3 months post RF ablation.......

Pleased to report no AF that I’m aware of and minimal ectopics or other issues. Need to lose a lb or more having been on holiday for a while, so that’s my challenge for pre Christmas. Delighted so far and praying it stays that way.........

That's great news. Long may it continue and good luck with the weight loss.

Thanks Carole, fortunately only looking at less than 1/2 stone......honest. 😉

You must let me know how you manage to lose the weight, FlapJack. Me? I am not having a whole lot of success even though I have given up pretty much everything fattening. Pre-PAF I've successfully lost weight in the same way, but in those days I had the energy and the 'puff' to exercise vigorously at the same time. Now …. :-(

When first diagnosed I lost over 1.5 stone entirely due to FEAR which was really too much for me to lose. As the fear subsided, mainly due to RosyG’s support group and the reprobates here on the forum, I was happy to add a bit. Now I rely on my nagging but well meaning missus to keep me on the straight and narrow but it’s not always easy.....in Portugal at the moment an one naughty Rellim2 introduced me to Pastel de Nata.....enuff said!!....🥧

That’s brilliant John, keep it up. 👍

Can’t get my blood pressure down at the moment, hoping they don’t change my meds as happy with what I am on at the moment. Keep well.
