Hi Gladie,

Based on my experience and advised by my INR Clinic - answer yes !

In fact when on Warfarin I was advised that this is the only pain relief to take while on Warfarin. As far as I know there are two grades, off the shelf in a chemist shop which is non prescription and the HEAVY DUTY stuff Cocodomol 30/500 (I think Zapain is a generic term given to CoCodomol, so the two are the same) which can only be obtained by prescription.

I had osteoarthritis of the right knee and was extraordinarily painful, then after knee replacement surgery during rehab I used it all the time. Did a pretty good job too I might add.

Thank you John I feel reassured now, I worry so much with this Warfarin thing. What can I eat, what other meds interact. I have AF and Diabetes. Thanks again, Cheers Gladys X.
