Rate is about 85, good p waves, no evidence of flutter or fibrillation or tachycardia.

Normal size qrs complexes. Not sure what you mean but weak? Low voltage qrs is less than 5mm in the leg leads, where's this is double that. An ecg doesn't measure heart contractility. Low voltage qrs, which is not this, are usually due to fat, fluid or gas.

No reason for blackout evident from this. It is really a very good trace for someone with that history.

I agree is good waves but its bits in between waves i thought caused flutter fiblaration tacicardic

I think you're in a minority of one on that opinion

Cheers dont think am really clearly am no expert but is some heart arrhythmia flutter going on.

As to weakness am sure ecg do can measure for it as its electrical signals

I am not sure any of us are qualified on this forum to interpret Eggs except for EPs who may be on the forum. My EP advised me that flutter is very hard to interpret properly even for some general cardiologists. Hope your dad is feeling OK. I personally would only take the word of his EP in advising about his ECG. My cousin is a coronary care research nurse and she has advised me of this when I have sent her pics of Ecgs of my own. She also said that even long QT needs to be interpretated correctly as not all ECGs can be taken at face value. Best wishes:)
