Seven months ago my PSA was 0.06. Three months ago PSA at my URO’s office was 0.11. I asked him if xtandi was beginning to fail me, he would not give me a answer. March 11th PSA at my MO’s office PSA was < 0.1. MO was happy with that number. I get checked again the 25th of this month at my URO. I’m confused.

#'s look good to me 🙏 I'm entering my 5th year on 1/2 dose Xtandi, PSA fluctuates especially if I miss a Lupron treatment. (Combo Lupron/Xtandi). I find that there's more to the Xtandi than just lowering the PSA. (Helps with pain reduction, soft tissue mets.... ) Suggest you hold the course, it's a good medicine [IMHO] Best to you Echotango51 🕊️
Xtandi kept my PSA undetected; however the side effects including rising BP levels, fatigue and constipation were becoming unbearable so my oncologist shifted me to zytiga. As stated by TA, it appears xtandi is working well for you. To all my fellow warriors and a few sisters on this platform, keep up the fight, the medicines that will cure us are coming.
