is anyone aware of any pre-chemo Lu177 or other PSMA based trials that are underway in the US?

LU177 Trials pre Chemo
Hello,
There are many. Three that come to mind are the ECLIPSE trial, The SPLASH trial, and the Lutetium 177 PSMA 617 trial. Novartis which manufactures Pluvicto has the rights to the PSMA 617 ligand but not the others. North America has been lagging behind most of the world in the use of Lutetium. It is commonly used pre-chemotherapy in Germany, Australia, India, Great Britain and elsewhere. Good luck!
I did just that at Dana Farber last year. Completed 6 infusions and I was Chemo naive. It was not a critical aspect of the trial. Initial response very positive but it was not durable. PSA slowly going up.
Did LU-177 and AC-225 University of Heidelberg 35 months PSA <0.04 Four trips
Just finished 4th and last treatment in the SPLASH . Very few SE and seems to have worked, but we will see for how long. If you can get into one I think it is well worthwhile.
I am in the Eclipse Trial and they have a goal of 400 patients and are about 60 short per my Doc. It is pre-chemo, 177Lu-PSMA-I&T, vs. Standard of Care (Xtandi vs. Zatiga). You might try for it.
I am on my 4th infusion (4 of 4) and PSA of 2.0 dropped to 0.1 after the 3rd. Waiting on labs after the 4th. I am involved with it at the "Center of Excellence" Nuclear Medical Facility at St. Louis University.
Great info….how do I sign up?
Dr Scott Tagawa at Weil/Cornell Med school in NYC is running a clinical trial with entry prior to Normal blanket chemo. it is PK trial to learn how fast the excess drug leaves the body so everyone gets the treatment. I start Aug 8 with the first treatment of LU177-PNT2002 or LU1777-I&T ..
Also the is an open Clinical trial for a targeted chemo called "Vobra Duo" which uses a B7-H3 protein on the MCRPC cell to deliver the chemo directly to the bad guys. Search for my post and link for a presentation by Dr Shore in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Cheers,
Buddy
