I had my first of up to four treatments last week in the Eclipse clinical trial for LU 177 I&T and I’m wondering why I should continue taking Orgovyx . I’ve heard that production of testosterone is even more efficiently reduced on Zytiga.
The less meds, the better for me. Every time we add a new substance, that new substance knocks something else out of balance in our bodies.

Yes it’s a tough decision n one that needs to b well thought out n discussedw your mo. Ironically I just got off the same as you but went a different pathway by using ivermectin. The lutetium 177 is very effective when it works and I May go that route if the ivermectin stops working. thus far it’s working quite effectively n psa has declined 8 straight weeks. After testing two weeks each time w my mo’s approval n guidance. Good luck 🍀
It is well-known that ADT makes radiation more effective. There are clinical trials now to see if Zytiga or Xtandi help even more. Theoretically, they increase PSMA expression in the short run, but lower it in the long run.
