Does his cancer have mutations such as BRCA1 or BRCA 2, ATM, CDK12 etc? These PARP inhibitors drugs are more effective in cancers with these mutations particularly BRCA mutations.

There are PARP inhibitors approved by the FDA (Olaparib, Rucaparib).

A recent trial showed that the combination of Olaparib and abiraterone is effective even in cancers without these mutations.

If he qualifies then it is an option? Go for the trial . There is hope in trials . You are looking out for him . Great job! This APC is a beast that we all spar with ! I wish you both love and peace ! 🙏❤️

If you can see your way clear, consider the University of Heidelberg for LU-177 and AC-225 combination. Thirty months PSA 0.04. Good luck.
