Liver damage Isotretinoin

36 years old and started Isotretinoin in December 2020. Started on a 30mg dose but after a month this was reduced to 20mg due to bloods showing liver damage. The next month the liver results didn't change significantly and so my dose was increased to 30mg again. Just been prescribed my 4th months dose at 30mg again. They are very concerned about my liver though and referring me for a scan.

Has anyone else experienced liver problems and did they resolve after the course of isotretinoin stopped?
