Finally Some Freedom From Anxiety
I started running 3 times a week with the couch to 10 k programme (I am on week 9) and attend
aerobics
once a week with a friend. I have found it is impossible to feel anxious when exercising.

Pain & injuries!
It's not like I wasn't active before, I'm used to doing quite high impact
aerobics
, so stamina is not an issue, it's the body not being able to keep up....any advice would be greatly appreciated ;)

I decided to take an
aerobics
class. I bent, twisted, gyrated and jumped up and down for an hour. But, by the time I got my leotard on, the class was over.

headaches
I run at my local gym and follow it up with a hour's workout of zumba, body pump, yoga or plan 'ole'
aerobics
. I now eat a fruit when i complete my workout. Any ideas of how to rid of these headaches? They are getting me down.....

Be kind to your butt
Despite recently going to a gym for
aerobics
and strengthening, I am developing a new bad habit. I am plopping down in the chair when I'm off or fatigued. This is inconsistent but I know better and need to address it.

Hi, I am new here.......
So I have learnt by myself to deal with this by doing different things, such as reading, listening happy music and once a week trying to go to aqua
aerobics
; the hot water helps me to relax and also helps the muscles to be have some movement; it is a little painful but we can’t stop moving and also yoga

Exercise question
I do aqua med twice a week, this is a slower version of aqua fit or can be described as
aerobics
in water. I have my reliever 20 minutes before and manage really well must times, occassionally coughing all the way through.

Just not how it should be...
My only comfort is knowing that my dad will be straight off for 18 holes and Mum will be rounding up friends to go to her aqua-
aerobics
class. Health, as my mum would say, is a blessing and one which she wishes could be bestowed on me.

as you experienced bods have already realised, thyroxine isn't the quick fix and I must confess that 4 months on I feel no different at all :-( I now have size 8, 10 and 12 clothes in boxes gathering dust and wear between a 14 - 16; I feel like a sloth - how I manage a full time job and still go to

Help, GP insists my thyroid level is normal, managed to get a referral to an endo, what do I need to ask?
One of the GPs suggested yoga as even aqua-
aerobics
caused pain! Has anyone else had the same issues? Any ideas would be good I feel very alone.

tips for forthcoming appointment
I did enjoy a very active lifestyle, training hard, walking 7 miles a day, weights,
aerobics
and yoga, but nowadays it seems yoga is my only friend as its all I can manage to do comfortably, that does not require loads of energy.Plus it includes a lovely relaxation bliss! Can anyone advise me.
