Hey, I don't know if I have OCD but I see myself doing things that are considered as symptoms and I still don't think all the things are wrong but some thoughts that I can't control that part is seriously effing me up since so long and I Just behave impulsively and it is hard to not to be able to control the feeling the anger the hyperactivity

I hope you will get evaluated. Your primary can probably get you started with some screenings and can also evaluate for ADHD, which sounds possible due to some of what you described. To get an evaluation and treatment for OCD, it can be helpful to check the International OCD Foundation's online provider directory. If you can't find someone in your area, I suggest contacting them. That's what I did, and they gave me a name that wasn't listed in the directory.

Hey amia! Check local behavioral sites. Go get help if you need it! Sometimes it takes a little waiting before being diagnosed/evaluated, so why not do it when you can! OCD is a facet of anxiety, and there's many disorders that can mimic anxiety. Don't go in a loop of googling symptoms, it's the worst thing one can do! If you need to talk to someone I'm always here.
