Does anyone have any experience of BPD that they can share?
Researching other things and came upon it, now I don't know if I identify with it or not or if it's OCD telling me I do or don't so I'm now confused!

Hi. What is BPD ?
Someone that knows me pretty well recently mentioned that she thinks I have BPD. I know I have OCD, but now I’m wondering if I have both. There are some similarities I guess. Sorry I’m not more helpful but I can relate to your question.
