What are the best jobs for people with ocd? I hate sitting all day but I love working and helping people. Paperwork makes me anxious but I just do the best that I can.

It depends on what type of OCD you have, doesn't it. My friend has contamination OCD and we work with children with special needs with all saliva and other bodily fluids doesn't bother her.
Very good question. As you said the best job(at least for me) is something I can help other people, be social, good busy and have a purpose) I know, easy said than done) I worked in HR for a long time and now I've got a business helping expats to como to my country. Balance be busy and avoid negative stress if you can
