It’s just “the nature of the beast”. You have to keep fighting and use your skills and mindset to face each obsession OCD throws your way.

Yeah it sure is. When it’s not kicking my butt it actually fascinates me sometimes. Seems so odd that there is something within our minds that outsmarts us so often acting like a bully.

I face the same struggle of OCD constantly switching to different obsessions.

Sometimes I just wonder what next will OCD chose to fixate upon.

It is really frustrating and painful.

There is no peace of mind.
