I really wish that my brain would stop obsessing over my fear of things that like could or couldn’t happen no one knows. Like I can’t keep stressing about the future or past events. How do I stop this?

The ideal is to say mentally, "Thanks, OCD, for the concern, but I'm going to keep working on <whatever you're doing> right now." It really helps to focus on something concrete in the moment that you are doing and direct your attention there. If you OCD is insistent (which it probably will be), then just keep doing the same process over and over and over. It's not under your control what pops up in your mind, so just thank OCD for watching out for danger, and keep doing what you want to be spending your time on.
It is an aggravating disorder.
