Hello! I’m super excited I found this! I am a 28 year old female with ocd and some other mental health issues. I was hoping to be able to share my story and connect with others who would like to share theirs! I want to be able to help anyone I can by listening and relating! How are you doing? I just got this email form Iocdf about this group and decided to join too. Were you able to go to OCFoundation conference in DC this year? hi, thanks for reaching out. I did go to the OCFoundation conference in San Diego over 10 years ago and i found it very helpful in that i had no idea how many people had problems like mine.
