got tested

hello, today I got following tests,

ast, alt, bilirubin, ggt, leuktocytes, hemoglobin and all were normal now .

then I assume that my so-called symptoms are not due to decompensated liver cirrhosis.. or how were your blood tests at diagnosis/symptoms (fatigue, spider nevi)(?)

Great news that your results have come back normal, it's unlikely that you have any liver issue and certainly not decompensated cirrhosis which would definitely return deranged bloods.
