My son will be participating in marching band practice this summer, 90+ degrees heat for several hours at a time. The kids suck down Gatorade, Power-aid, etc. to keep hydrated through out the day. BUT - these all have natural flavors (among the other 1,000 chemicals, ha) and we strictly avoid anything with "natural flavors" as an ingredient to avoid PG. Is there a way to get electrolyte powder that are unflavored, that he can add to regular water? Or electrolyte powders that don't have PG via natural flavors? Thanks!

Here's what I do personally if I'm going to be doing hard labor: Before hand, take a magnesium supplement and a potassium supplement. Then I make lemonade (sugar free for me, 'cos I'm diabetic) from scratch and add a big pinch of salt to the filtered water/lemon juice/sucralose mix.
found this! Really good! GOODONYA Hydrate Electrolyte & Mineral Powder, 5.6oz, 20 Servings - Certified Organic, Real Lemon Juice, Himalayan Pink Salt, Stevia, Coconut Water, Paleo, Plant Based, No Sugar Added a.co/d/eza3nNZ
