Hives, Alpha-Gal, Dry Eyes
I was using
Flonase
, but I started getting nose bleeds. I’ll see how I do come this spring, because I’ve used it for years. I also take Benadryl when the itching get bad. Anyone else have all this going on at the same time? Anyone else have Alpha-Gal?? Does it go away?

I opted to not do anything but to stay on a course of
flonase
and allegra for allergies as i feel this might be causing my problem and feels like I can’t clear my ears. You see, i can easily go down a rabbit hole of testing and don’t want to go to that place as it only addsto my anxiety.

Constant head pressure.
So I stopped taking it cold turkey, got put on Cymbalta from my regular doctor and she also told me to start taking
Flonase
and Claritin daily as she thought my head pressure might be allergy related.

Can’t sleep because of congestion
I Neto pot, use
Flonase
, sometime an antihistamine spray, homeopathics - nothing helps. I’m ok during the day when I’m vertical. At night, I wake 3-4-5 times totally parched from mouth breathing. I’m so tired!!!!!!

Allergy specialist help
I saw an allergy specialist who has transformed my asthma and allergies. She basically needed my allergic rhinitis under control to bring down my IgE levels and then everything else would fall in line, my asthma, eczema and all over itching I get when exposed to a trigger. She’s doubled my Fluticasone

Post Ivor Lewis Mucus
He’s taking Guasefinen and
Flonase
and Zyrtec to dry up & thin the mucus but it hasn’t helped enough. I’m waiting to get scopolamine patches to help but hoping someone has found a solution and can advise us. Thank you!

Thank you :) (For everyone who helped on my most recent post)
I just wanted to thank everyone for all your responses and advice over the last few days - if nothing else it's kept my sanity in check!! ;) I can't figure out if posting this as a comment below my latest post would mean you'd all get to read it or not, so decided I'd start a new post - hope that's ok

Pollution and pollen tracker recommendations
Prompted by the fact that I have a snuffly nose despite starting fexofenadine and Flixonase, and not sure why. Checked on the usually reliable Met Office pollen tracker and it's been down for a few days. Does anyone know good reliable apps for a) pollution b) pollen? I somehow have non-allergic asthma

How do I disentangle symptoms that could be sinus, tmj, or early signs of GCA coming to join my PMR?
My GP wants me to use a sinus rinse,
Flonase
, and gargle. My Rheumy has examined me and says that with good pulses, very good inflammatory markers ( and mine have been pretty reactive in the beginning of my PMR) she thinks it is sinus because of post nasal mucus she saw. Any suggestions?
