Co codamol
I have been given
co
codamol
for the pain. I know codeine is addictive so determined to use it only short term but does anyone know if it has an effect in your eyes? I have wet AMD in both eyes and am a glaucoma suspect. I have read the contradictions and there are many side effects.

I've been taking the lowest dose of

Update on safe pain relief
Combinations such as
Co
Codamol
are best avoided. It was also decided to put me back on the List. If anyone should need pain relief I would strongly advise contacting your team/Doctor as I have done.

Back pain and spasms
I have done nothing to cause this so my GP has just put me on
Co
-
Codamol
and diazepam. This has been going on now for the last three weeks and is getting no better. I’m now wondering whether it is my PMR. My doctor has not done any scans x-rays to see if it’s anything else.

Update on House Move and Doctors Move
Put everything on three month automatic prescription, but, and at my suggestion she's put my Pred and
Co
-
Codamol
on request by me as their usage is variable. She has given me an extra four boxes of Pred to be getting on with. She was very impressed that I could cut the little 1.0mg tablets!!

Posterior circulation migraines
He says I should take
co
codamol
or naproxen to help with head pain during attacks. I'm just worried with results of my MRI scan showing signs of past stroke and problems with posterior circulation I may have a major stroke. My neurologist has also given me stroke prevention medication.

Pregabalin doseage
Hi, so i have now been on 150mg/day and i'm still experiencing very acute pain in my legs (quads mostly and calves) I have to get up and take ibruprofen plus
co
-
codamol
. As I am a PT and train a lot, it can be hard to separate what might be RLS vs training soreness.

Endometriosis
Then the pain becomes lighter.I brought this to the attention on my GP and have been given Naproxen and
Co
-
codamol
for pain relief. I saw a specialist and have been to also take tranexamic acid to reduce bleeding. I had an ultrasound to check for endometriosis and no signs were found.

Am I right to suspect endometriosis and ask to see a private specialist?
Co
codamol
does nothing on it’s own or with naproxen. Mefenamic acid didn’t really do anything, neither did ibuprofen or paracetamol.

is everyone else not getting diagnosed or much treatment?
More recently I’ve been given
co
codamol
(the lowest dose) and mefenamic acid 500mg but both didn’t do anything. My gp wouldn’t prescribe anything else and said I can’t have more naproxen cause I’m on the highest dose. I’m going to try the patch soon but I have to have the week break.

Hip Pain
I take naproxen and
co

codamol
however this doesn't fully relieve the pain and wears off quite quickly, leaving me in pain and unable to walk properly.

NASH progressed
In pain with rotator cuff injury lately, the physio exercises exacerbated the pain, Dr has upped my pain relief to tramadol as
co
codamol
want reading the pain and my range of motion is low. I have carers which I pay for out of my PIP, they come in for a chat and some light cleaning.
