Fennel Seeds
Hi everyone, I've recently done some research into fennel seeds, and I've read that apparently it contains a compound called Anethole, which helps to relax the muscles in your digestive tract. I was just wondering if anyone here has eaten fennel seeds before and can verify this. I am looking for ways

Hi All, I need an urgent advice from the experts here. My father's dry amd has recently progressed to wet and we have been advised to get an Anti VEGF injection. He has advanced glaucoma as well and this is his only working eye (left). The other eye is already affected by glaucoma (90-95%). We are

Switching From Adalimumab to Benepali
After a few years with Adalimumab with increasing skin psoriasis to the hands and back of head one my rheumy has advised Benepali ...not because I love Italian food but it was havoc on my skin. I ask has anyone had a transition with these two biologics with any symptoms?

IBS and wind
I have had IBS for years and I am really suffering at the moment not only with the unpredictability of BMs but also terrible bloating and wind. It seems to be worse as soon as I go out shopping or to social events. I wonder if anxiety is partly to blame. I keep a food diary and am really careful

Buzzing… how do you get used to it? Or rather ignore it!
Hi I’ve had tinnitus for about 5 years. It started with the hissing sound. After trying sound therapy treatment, I became aware of a tune in one ear. It gradually faded and I was told I had wax in that ear. I think wax helped block my sound as I had it removed and 8 months on it is just starting to

Good News!!!
My dr. approved the buprenorphine for me. I am thinking positive that it will work. She is giving me the patch. I am excited. I have to discontinue the horizant though which surprised me and of course discontinue the oxycodone. Hopefully now you won't have to listen to me complaining and I will

Cotreatment with dichloroacetate and omeprazole exhibits a synergistic antiproliferative effect on malignant tumors
As a follow up to my last post I found this on DCA / Omeprazole. like myself, please treat this as information , not promoting any treatments. For me I find reading and learning about my cancer and possible treatments to be uplifting and gives me hope. To be honest something I never get from my doctor

Bit old fashioned...
I discovered that a castor oil pack really helps with knee pain. It's horrible sticky oil, but it works topically (for me at least). I have bad memories of this stuff from my childhood. Any hint of sickness and out came the bottle. I would not recommend injesting it! 🤮 it's better than the deep heat
