Hello all you good people out there. I want to say a big thank you to everyone who replied to my recent post. I have found the advice you have given me very helpful.
Of course l have had RLS so long now l know most of the things you should do or shouldn’t do. I did wonder recently what my iron level was like now as it has been sometime since l had it checked. It was very good at 200 but of course it can go down. I asked my doctor for a blood test explaining the reason but was refused. I was told that because the reading was so high it was extremely unlikely that it would have come down significantly enough to make a difference.
I have given the surgery in the past all the information regarding iron levels for RLS patients but obviously a further test was not thought necessary ( l would guess that it is at least 12 months since l had one)
Thank you again for all your help
