Whenever i try to go to the loo to do a stool im always in pain cux my bum hole hurts and my stool comes out really hard i dont knw wat tis is but i remember my hv telling me i had pile and i took anusol for it could tis be pile or not.i already rang my gp and they dont have any appointment till on 30th. I do eat veggies$fruits

Have you been taking iron by any chance? Your constipated from the sounds of it you may have a slight tear back there from tryin to force yourself. Drink loads of water, keep up the good diet & if still the same you could try asking in the pharmacist for something, I'm sure they would recommend. I had a tear after c section and was so painful & got constipated on top & only thing worked was lacalose but it has to be given by a doc sorry.

Yh i had a tear too from a forcep.Yes im taking iron tablet too do u suggest i carry on taking it or no?

Being low in iron has its own side affects so be careful about stopping them, maybe try all other things first, increase water intake, fruit & veg, light ex cerise & something from the chemist. If still the same maybe stop until you. See the doc & ask for something to keep you regular while you are on the iron tablets, lacalose is very mild & works, that mild I even had to give it to my LO.
