I walk 4 flights daily to my car and I am short of breath as I sit waiting to readjust my breathing. My pro air helps at times but not really, i just wait it out. I do worry I may not snap back, I'm 58 male and somewhat in shape but that asthma does it.

Thank you for sharing! One of my triggers is exercise and I premedicate before I do any exercise...Do you use your ProAir before you walk the 4 flights?

Yes, for sure. Get in shape, pro air before that hike. Get moving. Start slowly.
