Sick again

I have a stinker of a cold again. The mepo and the pred are wonderful at suppressing the immune system. My youngest is at nusery - he has trisomy 21 and his immune system is not great. He picks bugs up and gives them to me. Before christmas I needed three courses of antibiotics to get rid of a chest infection. In the coming months I will have to do a couple of bleep tests for my job - at the moment there is no way I could run for four minutes. This would mean restricted duties if I fail.

I have to consider the possibility of pulling my son out of nursery as things have been much worse since he started there.
