Can't expect phlegm , worst case build up in lungs

Pls advise whether there's an alternative to getting rid of the phlegm, I'm chromic asthmatic with asthma allergies. Pls help

Have you tried "Active Cycle Breathing ". This is the technique that lots of us are taught to get rid of mucus. You can find some great videos about how to do it on YouTube. Also you can get a thing called a flutter device which can help you clear mucus. Failing this ask your GP for a referral to a respiratory physio. Who can show you various techniques.

As well as the physio techniques, I've also tried odourless garlic capsules in the past as it helps to loosen the mucus.

Have you tried a facial steamer, I have a small electric one from amazon I think, I use mine from time to time and seems to help a bit.
