Morning Sue. I persuaded my doctor to let me try pregabalin again, he is going to start me on 75mg pregabalin twice a day, is that ok as I am taking 1800 gabapentin at the moment? I am a little nervous as I thought it should be 300mg pregabalin. Thanks in advance.

No No No ! You will suffer withdrawal at that amount. You are correct. It should be 300 mg. Also since you are taking your gabapentin at night, that is when you should take your pregabalin.
