Penis after metastatic prostrate cancer and hormonal treatment

HelloI was diagnosed in September 2022.

Was immediately put on ADT hormonal treatment. Had radiation to the prostrate and radiation to the spine where it spread.

My issue is penis shrinkage. Because of the hormonal treatment I have issues with getting with errections. Also was told by many fellow journeymen to use a penis pump daily.

Anyone in the same penis shrink problem?

Have you talked to your doctor about your erectile dysfunction?

No because this is a side effect from the hormonal medication

Erectile dysfunction can also be a result of the radiotherapy. It is appropriate to speak to an healthcare professional about all medical issues including side effects of treatment.
