I've had endo for about a decade now, and for some reason in the last year my moods have got worse the week before and during my bleed. I know outside stresses can affect this, but I go for a weekly run, I'm a gardener (which the fatigue really doesn't help with and considering a career change eventually) so I'm outside in the fresh air in nature.
I wondered what everyone does to combat the moodiness, it's awful that I can't control crying or being angry. Are there any supplements that actually help, I've tried myoovi and wild nutrition which didn't do anything. Would be interested in hearing any coping techniques!
Thanks on advance and always appreciate the posts on this forum, they make you realise you aren't alone!

Hello lovely I can relate to this. Peri menopause made my symptoms worse so I understand your anger and sadness. I recommend B vits (complex and B6 and B12) a high dose of vitamin D and K. Oil of primrose seems to help too. However the biggest thing to help is exercise where I sweat - hot yoga, running, skating, pickle ball - all these things make me feel different and when I can't do them I get depressed. Saunas help too. I also took grains out of my diet after reading Grain Brain. Sleep is super important too x good luck.
Thank you so much for your advice, I've bought those supplements, and I need to exercise more, I have a physical job so sometimes I forget I should exercise too. I have a little sensitivity to grains so I should try giving them up for a few weeks after the supplements to see which works! Thank you xx
